Pros
They have lots of projects. They are a good company for entry level programmers. All work is done from home, which is great for me.
Cons
Pay is really suboptimal. I'm a fluent english speaker working for a global project and my wage is pretty disappointing, a fraction of what a junior makes in the global market. I'd still recommend it for programmers who are looking for a first step opportunity.
