This company portrays that they truly care about their consultants but the reality is that this is simply just a big numbers game. A bunch of fakes make money off the consultants busting their rumps and adhering to your craziness.

The company laid off 66 employees in July 2014 with no notice and offered only 4 weeks of severance pay to people who had worked there more than 10 years. Half of those laid off were age 50 or over. Positions were "eliminated" but weeks later other people were moved into those positions that supposedly didn't exist anymore. Employees were required to attend an annual All Team Retreat and perform an impromptu skit on stage in front of the whole company. There were many other forced "culture" activities that are too numerous and ridiculous to mention here. It is not a normal work environment.
