      Start up idea is good Chance given to freshers to learn something may learn something new not able to think any pros more

      no guidance from lead no coordination and planning is there not appreciated or given some credit to work done work culture very bad no work life balance at all no holiday very less salary and no hike or variable pay treating employee very badly Mostly have to work on sat and sun also firing is very inhuman. they ll suddenly call and tell to go i ll not recommend to any one. Only if no other choice

      I moved to India from the US in Aug 2012, and spent a long time looking for a startup founded by business leaders. While I wanted to experience the thrill of building an organization, I wanted to work with seasoned professionals. Tarnea provided me exactly that. This organization is founded by industry leaders, who operate a truly flat organization. You will be given responsibilities matching your ability. The perks of working at a startup are: challenging work, ability to lead early in your career, adequate compensation commensurate to your skills and experience. Tarnea provides all of that. The founders listen to both praises and critique with any open mind: something I found missing even at large, reputed companies.

      Cons

      The con of any startup is dealing with problems and uncertainties daily. However, it is no different from banking or consulting, where challenges arise everyday. If problems and challenges make you nervous, take my advice and stay away from startups. Be ready to work hard.
