      Pros

      The company is focused on new and rapidly growing industries, which makes the work interesting. They provide an employer RRSP plan, subsidized lunches, and a generous profit-sharing program to all full-time employees. The office environment is modern and spacious, and there are good free services on-site including a fitness center.

      Cons

      The company is in Kirkland, so getting there without a car can be a challenge.

      Learning Experience

      Pros

      I decided to post this just because I'm reviewing all my employers. This was a great learning experience. You get to work with people that have been in the business for 20+ years. Unfortunately due to previous downsizing not too much of a young crowd. The CEO is a go getter but because it's a family business control does remain in the family and at their discretion.

      Cons

      Weird comp structure where the bonus is 1% of the overall company revenue. They could provide more clarity in certain areas.
