      Pros

      Good remote culture. A lot of company focus on continuous learning.

      Cons

      I worked during the pandemic and many employees left to work remote for higher paying companies. This resulted in managers being stretched thin and not always being able to support all of their engineers as well as previously.

      Pros

      Great benefits and overall a solid company with many opportunities and growth options.

      Cons

      There is a lot expected of you in a leadership role. There is a lack of work life balance and in this store it is not encouraged. The expectations are overwhelming and at times and can be discouraging. There is so much to do with limited resources so leaders have to step in and do more than their job title.

      You will learn a lot things. There are good and bad depending on the store or district.

      Cons

      Great place to work when you are on their good side. Once upper management does not like you or you are not part of the click, they will make your life a living hell till you either quit or they fire you
