Due to people leaving the company I rose quicker than ever and became a Medical Director only 3 years out of pharmacy school, and one year post post-doc fellowship. It was hectic but I learned a lot. THEN one day they woke up and decided.. they were turning my FT position into a contract, and took away all benefits!
Cons
Zero mentorship (relative to 'pro' above). They hired me on as full-time, I relocated and they were aware, slowly phased out the medical dept until I was the only one. Phased me out the day of with no notice, only three months after I started. No culture, teamwork
