Pros

Project Managers rules the company

Cons

The teams with loads of pressure and short deadlines. Provides low cost estimates to clients to grab the project and later get penalized(3 clients were paid fine for not serving the right product what they intended) Late night work, weekend work, More expected effort from a fresher which is beyond the experience level.

Pros

You have to trust me on this, the management including MD and CTO are people with hear of gold and professionals as strong as steel. Its been sometime since I quit Tarento, but my experience and learning there was second to none. I matured as a professional here. Every company has good and bad people and so are present in Tarento as well. Few cons: - Very flexible - Good appraisals - high on employee engagement - Exposure to more technology and business domains

Cons

- wrong people are trusted - Gets to knees to bag new contracts way below the acceptance level - poor sales in India and outside - CTO often is not involved in the growth of the company other than sales - Few good people at the level of Sr. Manager have left in the past after which Tarento seems to struggle

Pros

Everybody is approachable. (Condition applied) . Good working environment before 2018 not now. The salary is decent.

Cons

Although they say employee first it's not the fact. Its customer first. You might end up working anytime during the day, night, weekend not sure. From few years management became so worse that lost interest in work. No value for your decisions or your words here. It's always the manager who rule at the end. Although there are new technologies or frameworks used in the company if you are stuck in one project you will be there till the end. Company do not bother to ask you what is going on until and unless they making a profit out of you. Managers put pressure on you to work. 40Hrs task you might need to complete in 10 Hrs. They need output, not standards. Later if anything goes wrong it will come to you again. Managers give you only half of the requirements. Documentation is far away from reach. They do not bother about your tech stack. You need to know everything. Sometimes you will forget what you are good at. They may ask you to do anything within a short time which you never know.
