Pros

I love the type of work we do and the impact we have the potential to make on peoples lives, can be very rewarding work.

Cons

Head office doesn't really care about the services or outcomes we are trying to create. All they care about is delivering hours to meet the requirements for contracts and funding.

Pros

The job pays great and the supervisor and director are amazing. The hours are flexible and there are a lot supports.

Cons

When I first got hired I heard about three other people that were terminated by the regional director. I didn’t think anything of it since I was told that the fired employees were lazy. Now that I have been with the company for a longer period of time I have seen people terminated with no warning and no excuse provided. WJS has no employee loyalty

Pros

Ability to help people. Some good employees who are helpful.

Cons

Managers/owners on board and working for own interest. No front line support because central admin on constant holiday and new positions are all for senior managers.
