      Poor Management

      Pros

      There were many positives 10 years ago. After Headwaters purchased and started moving things around and taking things away those positives are gone.

      Cons

      Management is clueless and only promotes those that will be followers and not leaders.

      Tapco used to be a great place to work.

      Pros

      Company has good benefits and a fairly decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Since several changes were made in upper management the company has continually terminated loyal employee's that had given many years of service.

      Pros

      The insurance is descent and the other benefits are fair/good. There is always room for improvement. If the employees are happy they are more likely to stay

      Cons

      They lack on the training for the positions so they have a very high turn over rate. They don't always follow their own handbook rules by making exceptions for some employees verses others. If they really want to make things better they should get the opinions of the people that work on the floor and actually do the job. Those are the ones whose in put could really make a difference
