      A work place at least you can get paid on time

      Cons

      It has the lowest salary among industry. Your job title doesn’t match your degree and the real work stuff. Management talks behind everyone’s back, especially when you resigned. And they just need your compliance, not competence.

      5 days PTO and 24 hours sick leave.

      Cons

      The upper level of management don’t respect their employees as human beings! They VERBALLY and EMOTIONALLY ABUSE their employees on the daily base. When you first started at the place, the management gave you the impression of you have ability to improve the business and make the change of environment. After a short time you find out that the upper level of management is stack on their dis-functional and tyrannical ways. They promised training and skill development but they basically use skilled worker as manual labor. Degreed skilled workers are made to stay excessive hours doing tasks more suited for minimum wage workers. They squander talent. The management control their workers thru manipulation.

      If you want to be treated like a second class citizen who just comes to work to try and steal from the company than by all means work for TAOTAO USA,
