Throughout the hiring process, we try to be transparent about the increased hours of operation from April to August, including rotating weekends, to meet our business needs. At Tank Traders® we strive to provide a positive workplace culture and environment for all employees – which includes hosting regular BBQ’s for all Production facilities in the summer months! We also pride ourselves in creating a company culture that always allows for open communication. If someone is unhappy or dissatisfied in their role, we ask and encourage that they raise their concern to the appropriate party. When individuals are hired onto our team, they must complete a driver evaluation during their training program. This allows our Supervisors to have a better understanding of the new team members comfortability and capability.
