Where to start? Think carefully before committing to this company. You're in London, there are literally thousands of other sales jobs you could be looking into. This company has probably about 20-30 members of staff yet employs its own in-house recruiter, which should speak volumes about the high turnover of staff it goes through. The training programme is terrible, seems to involve being dictated by the MD to do exactly what he wants otherwise he subjects you to a torrent of personal abuse.
