Pros

Good rewards if despite the odds you actually bill some decent money

Cons

Rigid structure with no allowances for regional differences Cult like senior leadership team who pretend they want to hear honest feedback but actually don't. A total boys club Cliquey No experienced staff - they've all jumped ship Abhorrent HR practices Low base salaries which is why they can only hire juniors with no experience

Pros

The people you worked with all tried their best under bad conditions

Cons

The Payroll Department which has been sold of to 5 Value Capital Partners was the worst company I have worked for. People treated as numbers and no career progression. New owners offshoring to India avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

The CBD office is in a good location, the support staff are a lovely bunch of girls and the salary was decent. If you're a fashionable, thin girl who enjoys whispering about your work colleagues then this is the environment for you. If you're an admin worker who enjoys being worked to the bone, who gets no recognition whatsoever and who loves being taken for granted, then apply immediately!!

Cons

There is a massive divide between recruiters & admin staff and as a product of this, the double standards are very apparent & unfair. The admins are treated like servants, and do not receive any recognition for their work, not do they receive any rewards/benefits unlike the recruiters. The NSW GM strongly condones bullying in the workplace, and every discipline manager has favourites. There is almost a gang mentality in some of the teams, and if you don't fit in their mould, you will be talked about and they will even make up lies to get you in trouble. They have a terrible complaint handling process re bullying - the HR team is in Brisbane and don't really sound like they care much. My telephone exit interview was basically me explaining my bullying complaint & the HR Manager making excuses for each of my reasons. They don't care, and nothing will ever change. In my time, at least 6 people I knew left the company after making bullying complaints - to this day, nothing has happened about this, and nothing will. FairWork NSW would have a field day with Talent2. That is of course if T2 HR staff haven't shredded all the bullying complaints, which I can honestly see them doing.
