Amazing Culture - I never worked in a company where I felt I could approach the C-Suite Execs as easily as I could at Talent. Felt like it was one team as opposed to a hierarchy Treated clients with respect
Cons
The specialist industry verticals might be a bit restrictive to Recruiters who like a bit of industry variety but thats a business strategy that clearly works well for the business
