Belittling Treatment of minorities is very clear although management tries to mask it. Minorities are expected to do the busy work while all others piggy back off of their work. Upper management will sing artificial praises and try to make them feel needed so that they will stick around and do their jobs for them but never a promotion. Minorities are the help and nothing more. No matter what title they think they may have. Two older blacks were basically forced to retire. What’s in the dark will soon come to light. Karma.

Terrible pay , even worse supervisor, poor management and don't even get me started on the CEO. She cant make a decision or give direction for crap. HR is dumb as a bag of rocks.. doesn't even know the policies or procedures nor how to help employees when they do go to her which is rarely. This whole place needs an overhaul on management. Hourly employees are the ones who are busting their butts while the directors / managers do as little as possible but make the pay.. hourly gets craped on every time!
