You can go outside and smoke as much as you want, everyone does it.

Cons

Handful of people will be "lifers", it's very clicky and those "lifers" don't allow any new people to be included.

Being part of a family is more than just employing nice people, however. We need to create a work environment where people can perform at their best and know that we have each other’s back.
