      Get more responsibilities, learning curve is high, Work environment is good,

      Cons

      Fake and fraud people, no proper communication between employee and management. Lack of planing in every project. Product is delivered without testing. Salary issues are always there. You need to literally beg for your salary and that too after 2 months.
