      Pros

      Colleagues in the company are friendly and cooperative, and the boss is nice to communicate with. The salary is competitive. The company has accumulated experience in the fields of low latency real-time data and big data, and it is encouraged to learn and apply the newest technology here. The possibility of remote working attracts talent from different regions. Friendly to people who are talented and good at self-learning.

      Cons

      It is not good for people with poor self-learning ability. As a low latency real-time data provider, occasional emergencies require prompt and rapid handling. There are still legacy systems that need maintenance before they are being replaced.
