Pros
Business has plenty of potential due to a product line that's actually in demand.
Cons
On the surface, the owner seems like a nice guy but once you get to know him, you realize that he's erratic and impatient with no long-term strategy or vision for his business. Also sorely lacking the necessary soft skills required to provide good customer service. All of this creates a perfect storm for epic failure.
