      Once it was a heavenly place for working .But now it has turned upside down.

      1)Salary on Time . 2)Decent Hikes compared to competitors.

      Cons

      1)Extreme Work pressure. 2)No Work life balance. 3)Most works are automated so scope of learning is very low. 4)Most projects are out sourced now . So contract employee are preferred over full time employees 5)Leave polices are biased. 6)HR rules (Covid time rule) keeps on changing which causes mental disturbances to the employees 7)Senior management is managed by highly skilled people. But they won't transfer their knowledge to the successors as it causes a risk factor of employee fleeing from the company 8)Employee problems will be unheard unless you resign with an offer
