      Easy to get promoted if you know how to be a yes-man even if it will hurt the business, your moral compass, or your products.

      Cons

      If you are a decent human being, working here will make you feel terrible. This place throws out morals. The business plan is to lay off people in the office, to promote from the field. They get you locked into the rep role, and make you feel good with promotion, but will get rid of you in the office if business slows, only to refill your position from the field again.
