I enjoy the daily challenge, the back and forth banter, and learning a lot. It’s a great place to work as the community that has been created sets employees up for long-term success in a challenging industry.
Cons
Not really a con, but something to be aware of when applying. You really will get out of this program what you put into it. Interns are strongly encouraged to approach advisers and ask for work or an opportunity to shadow. This can be intimidating, but it is not impossible by any means.
Great work environment, friendly staff. Everyone wants to see you succeed, supportive, and willing to help if asked.

Not really a con but you get out of it what you put in. you'll learn and grow exponentially by being driven and a team player. Be willing to get outside of your comfort zone and you'll notice the difference
