Pros

Somewhat flexible working hours. Not much else to say.

Cons

Low pay as an engineer. I don't know if higher management know what they are doing. Communication is bad. Work is boring. Job security is false. Groups are very much is cliques. High staff turnover - of course because it's a terrible place to work. Honestly, I made the mistake of joining there straight after graduating from University. If you have another choice, definitely take it. It isn't worth you coming here unless you are desperate. Think about some of the worst aspects of a job and you get it here.

Interesting work and projects, Incredibly intelligent co-workers, Flexible working conditions, Good stepping stone, but don't hang around too long.

Cons

Limited opportunities for career progression, Awful salaries with increases below inflation, Some senior managers are vindictive and hold grudges, Out of touch with the times and stuck in their ways.

Pros

You get to work with some of the smartest people around , with the opportunity to be involved with projects with potential to transform surface transport globally. The remote office location has a certain appeal to it .

Cons

Antiquated systems and processes impede on delivery of successful projects. Executive management are the gatekeepers to a system of processes bubble wrapped in Red tape which has stifled growth and the ability to scale the business . The business claims to be the future of transport but is stuck in the past. The recent restructuring is evidence of mismanagement by the executive who are out of touch with the business landscape and have become complacent relying on key long existing legacy customers.
