      Pros

      TRITEC is a family-owned and oriented company. I have worked here for 20 years, and they have helped to build communities both physically and emotionally helping to create some truly great places in Long Island and Northern Virginia.

      Cons

      There is a limited growth path for some employees do to company size but every employee has a voice in the direction.
