Pros
It was genuinely a great atmosphere to work at, the employers and fellow employees were great and overall a good and healthy working environment.
Cons
The job can be a little physically taxing at times but for the most part it is bearable

Pros
Everyone is very friendly and open minded with clear communication between bosses and staff. They listen to the problems that are raised up and try to improve upon them daily.
Cons
As it is customer based, it might be tough to deal with difficult customers but overall not too bad in my experience.
