Bad recruitment and contract management. "Topic" can not earn money from engineering so they are trying to earn money from consultancy. However, they are doing it in very unprofessional way. They will put you in a waiting lounge and you will have interviews with client companies meanwhile. The problem is that during this duration, you will be exposed with hysterical and unstable behaviour of managers. Recruiter manager is coming from hotel industry and humilates people and exaggerates evertyhing. he other weird manager calls himself both technical and contract manager. He messes up everything blames and yells you when the interview is not ok. The other business managers are one day good one day bad. Very neurotic and unstable company. They even dont pay your flight ticket costs telling you it will be amortized in 3 years.
