      some of their benefits are nice. OT after 40 hours on the clock PTO counts towards it. Like 13 paid holidays, but do not be surprised to work on 1 or 2 of them.

      Cons

      This is a Japanese owned chemical manufacturing company and you will notice the differences from American owned. The HR dept. is a joke. I complained about a senior manager to them 1 hour later they were in my face telling me to talk to them before going to HR. They also have a do as I say not as I do policy. Some of the stupidest things to go on there are: Xmas party on Dec 7th with a Hawaiian theme, tried making bottled vinegar drink, tried making fish bait. and both of those failed horrible.
