      Pros

      The company culture is great, besides company events 100% remote work possible. Roughly 10% of working hours are reserved for learning independent of regular project work (every second friday)

      Cons

      Limited choice of project. Also, it is sometimes hard to find the correct place in a project in relation to the company and the client.

      Pros

      The working hours are very flexible, taking vacation days is also possible on relatively short notice. The people are very friendly and it's just great to get to know them.

      Cons

      The pay is not extremely good. The pay raise after a year was disappointingly small. The tasks are very boring and I feel very underutilized.

      Great company to learn and grow

      Pros

      The TechDay: Every second Friday is reserved for personal education, workshops, talks, just reading a book, or playing around with some new technology.... Great atmosphere for like minded people, most consultants have studied physics, maths, computer science or sth similar and are eager to learn new techie stuff. Very flat hierarchies. The partners do a lot to make the employees happy.

      Cons

      Working part time can be a bit complicated. Not every project will be new shiny technologies.
