Pros

Salary is decent. Fun group of people to work with. Many are fresh out of college so if you are older it's a bit difficult to relate.

Cons

Very hard to work here if you are not a morning person.

Pros

salary, some great experience and friends. Willing to give responsibility to young people. Health insurance may be the biggest. Free food most of the week and snacks.

Cons

Constanr screaming, biast, your department will throw you under the bus without a second thought to keep their jobs. Contracts are insanely one-sided. 3 years, but only they can drop you every 12 weeks without notice. Get into a the cool crowd quickly or say goodbye. Treated like replacable garbage most of the time, but occasionally a thank you for an intense work load. Trust no one, everything you say and do will be help against you, and if you someone they wanr out, they will find a reason.

Pros

- Meeting some good people who are working alongside of you - Salary increases

Cons

- Daily fear and anxiety brought on by Harvey who yells, screams, demeans, talks down to and mocks his employees. - Boys Club atmosphere. All the EPs, especially Ryan Regan and Evan Rosenblum have consistently shown their dislike and lack of respect for female employees. - Management and HR makes the employee feel as if they're the problem, not the culture or behavior of the management. - HR is worthless. They take managements word over the employee. - No females in charge at TMZ (if you google, they have a history of sexism) - Everyone walks on eggshells - Stories dealing with women had a negative bias on them.
