Pros
The product is very straightforward The team was excellent to work with The VP of sales was fantastic at his job I felt great doing the work everyday You could tell product was going somewhere
Cons
Lack Luster results for the clients constantly made getting renewals an uphill battle The goals were set with no prior info to back them, completely arbitrary The CEO I once had respect for lost it all when he let most of the team go without any warning, or discussion, and when hhe did so, he had no personality or sympathy whatsoever. It was like talking to a wall.
