      Pros

      You will for the most part love your co workers and the students. Sometimes the students can be difficult but a lot of them are truly wonderful. Also the location cannot be beat.

      Cons

      IF your survive the first week be prepared for months of hell until you quit or are fired. You can give 100% but still be told you are stupid and incompetent. You are told you are salaried but your paycheck will tell a different story. The husband and wife who run and own the company are legitimately crazy. My final weeks were plagued with personal attacks and plain harassment.

      Pros

      The students are entertaining, coworkers are tight-knit, the location is great, you probably will genuinely enjoy the work you're doing. I just really can't think of anything to say.

      Cons

      You do not get paid overtime as a full-time employee obviously, but if you work 39 hours instead of 40 hours, the CEO will deduct his opinion's worth of an hour from your paycheck. Most employees are not offered health packages. While working there, more than 8 employees left in one month alone. Everyone hates working there, it keeps us strong together. People quit on their 1st and 2nd day all the time because they can already tell how ridiculous it is. Job functions change all the time,
