      An Opportunity To Start Your PR Career & A Great Place To Work!

      Pros

      The overall work atmosphere is stellar, even in a remote setting. The THX team is flexible and understanding with work/life balance. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and take initiative. I never felt like I was just an intern who files paperwork or gets everyone coffee. I was a valuable contributor to various projects and campaigns. No matter the position, your input and opinions are valued.

      Cons

      No room for moving up positions in the company at the moment which can change. You have to approach the PR Intern position as a stepping stone in your career, whether you are granted the opportunity to move up at THX or move on elsewhere, it is a great experience regardless. Genuinely, there are no other cons that come to mind.

      Pros

      Small but passionate team dedicated to creating audio technology, with a focus on gaming and spatial audio. Great remote work/life balance with flexibility to get the work done without putting in exorbitant hours. Management works hard to included all employees in planning and execution and keep everyone invested in the dev process. CEO and VPs work hard to be transparent about company decisions, roadmap, and challenges, while being open to suggestions from all employees on improvements that could be made. Super smart and talented audio engineering team!

      Cons

      THX is nearly fully remote, with employees all around the world, making meetings challenging sometimes. Being a small company with limited resources makes it difficult to fight against mega-corps with massive budgets and teams.
