Pros

Better benefits than EA. They had a very nice 401k that matched dollar for dollar; EA only matched maybe 25 cents on the dollar. They had ESPP which is always nice.

Cons

You end up working on derivative titles, similar to Acti or EA. The upper/middle management at the location seemed to be a little less experienced than perhaps elsewhere in the industry.

Cons

They took on a ton of new studios that they could not handle. They then chopped a lot of them. Then they went bankrupt.

Before the company started to implode on itself, it was a fairly good environment, with a restaurant upstairs for fresh food during breakfast and lunch, and a full stock of drinks and snacks for the long hours...

Cons

....yeah about those long hours. Especially during the collapse, you should have been aware of the long hours, low appreciation and lack of quality we were putting out. And don't get me started with the damned tablet nonsense.
