      Pros

      Some very good people to work with.

      Cons

      Poor technical management silos individuals to "tasks" not allowing for growth. Micromanagement of all projects by one manager. Junior managers running around trying to please this manager. Everyone else under this level is a cog in the production process. Low salary. Tough outlook due to oil price.

      Pros

      I had a great experience working at the company. The team was professional, supportive, and highly collaborative, which made it easy to grow both technically and personally. The work was challenging in a positive way, and I had the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects. Overall, it’s a solid place to develop your skills and work with talented people.
