Pros

Relaxed office environment, interesting day to day tasks, good teammates

Cons

Management blames their own failings on their leadership among other toxic work traits such as failing to communicate, poor people development skills, and bad time management/project delegation.

Pros

Decent company to work for. Enjoyed the food benefits. Especially a red card which got you 50% off for up to six people.

Cons

As in any serving job - money is never dependable. A closing shift was 4-1am or longer and money wasn't always good.
