      Horrible Workplace

      Pros

      The kids and families are mostly great, and the salary is slightly higher than the public schools.

      Cons

      So many directors that everyone is confused when it comes to what their role is. It feels like a dark corporate thriller movie. A lot of politics is involved. The teachers are pressed like lemons and then thrown away. The union is a joke and its management should make an appearance in a Scorsese movie. The oldest executives are the worst. It confirms the saying about the survival of the fittest I guess.

      Excellent resources for teachers and students

      Cons

      As other reviewers have mentioned, the teachers form cliques and good luck trying to get into them! Horrible gossip amongst staff. The administration stirs up problems - feeding into the gossip. Administration constantly looks down on staff, picking favourites to exploit. The parents are the most needy and self-righteous people I have ever come across in my career.

      Good place to work if you're lucky to have good colleagues.

      Cons

      Some teachers are cliques. Lots of gossip abound. A general feeling of unease about security, low moral among staff, no respect from management. Don't agree with marketing style.
