      Worst company. Please don't join.

      Pros

      Timely salary. They offer salary whatever we ask during salary negotiation. Nothing much.

      Cons

      No Appraisals. No employee value. No udemy access. HR's doesn't respond. This is just a consultancy. No a service company. Cheap politics and behaviour. All positive reviews are given by HR's themselves. No joining gifts, no diwali gifts( not even sweet box).

      TEKsystems partners with top Organisations and will provide you the opportunity to work for prestigious organisations. The interview process is very Smooth . The Recruiting team is very polite and professional, and they will keep you informed at every step of the way. Great Salary Hikes.
