      Pros

      Nice team, always available to support candidate, Quick response also having good clients, good culture. I met with Harsha(best recruitment person, kind and supportive). Great Experience with client as well as Tek HR. Monthly feedback routine is good to know the exact condition going on at client side. Recruitment team is doing a great job.

      Cons

      Not any internal project to hold employee if they released from client side until new client managed.

      Having good communication with emplyees Reasonble hike in every year based on our performance Employer will provide mandatory traings and if employee required any online courses they will provide.

      Leave policy as adding 1.25 leave adding every month
