1) Bad Senior management. 2) Unethical culture. 3) Regionalism. 4) Bad salary, far below market standards. 5) Irritating Managers. 6) Politics in the company 7) Bad infrastructure. 8) Managers are more like dictators and treat their employees as Labor and there is no holiday on Labor Day. 9) HR would say working hour is extremely flexible. But my dear friend it's in negative way. Sometime you need to work continuously for 12+ hours. 10) If you dare leave office before 9hr. you are comitting a crime. 11) They say it's an analytics company but it's more into ETL and Reporting!

I wish I had read glass door before joining. The CEO is not only incompetent but lacks integrity, honesty. I suggest you speak with someone who has worked there before joining. For those considering joining TEG it will not advance your career nor will it be a rewarding working environment. For those who are considering being clients the company cannot be trusted. Pirating software, trumped up credentials and capabilities are commonplace. Ask for cleint references as they will not be able to produce any. Also ask to speak to people one or two levels down to see that there is no talent besides a couple of senior leaders. Attrition is the highest in the industry.
