      They throw good events for clients.

      Cons

      This company does not prioritize its people. Promotions often seem to come down to the opinion of one person instead of a fair process. Leadership is rarely present on the floor and appears disconnected from what actually happens day to day. Pay increases regularly go to employees who leadership favors, leaving experienced staff feeling overlooked. It’s clear why many of us view this place as a short-term stop rather than a place to build a career.
