Hr policies not good. Colleagues very shabby and greedy by nature. only fooling others for personal gain. Management plays too much of politics and has too much of attitude and behave rudely with juniors. U do the work and somebody else will get the credit.

-In TCS projects if you are com ing from BPS then they dont rate you well , even if you are having good experience and qualification -U are not eligible for promotions the way IT associates are. -BPS RMG is pathetic, people dont understand the genuine issue, female associates are forced to work far from their places. -No exposure is given when u come on bench,no motivation , nothing\ -u dont get good Hikes even if you perform well, comparisions are maade for it associates and bps associates -limited projects ( 4 or 5 )are given for BPS associates as compared to IT associates. -HRs are arrogant, theres practically no one who can mentor subordinates. -BPS associates work much but when it comes to increments and promotions , it is given to people who participate and make arrangements for birthdays and other monthly celebration.
