      HQ management is very caring, it's still a small company with small company support almost a family environment, Great benefits, Nice bonuses, top management very approachable .

      Operational leadership is new to program and there are some growing pains

      Pros

      There are some genuinely good people that work at TCOM and care about their employees. Excellent benefits and stability.

      Cons

      There is not much room for advancement and limited lateral moves. Also there are quite a few cliques that have formed over the years but I think that is probably in most organizations.
