      poor entry program sets new hires up for failure manuals hoarded, and not provided when requested from site company leadership quoted as "operators are our biggest expense"

      A good introduction the world of OCONUS defense contracts. The pay is just on the range with daily workload.

      Cons

      -If you find yourself deployed, there will be no work-life balance. You are confine to your post until you decide to leave - Promotion is done through attrition, rather than mentorship in recent year
