      Long, very long hours. You are required to work from 8/9am to 5/6 pm U. S. time zone, when the China offices start to call or email towards the end of the day, TTE Technology Inc. dba " TCL" expects that you work late to do whatever it takes to get things done. TCL also has a group chat on Wechat app that you are required to be a part of. The president of the N. America office, she will micromanage every single employee, from attendance to what time you leave and what are you having for lunch. The behind-the-times manual process; labor intensive and tiring.

      Cons

      Management lacks alot to be desired. The legal counsel isn't a California attorney. HR is a mess because of too many upper management employees putting their noses in the department with no experience in the human resources field.
