      You will work at least somewhere in case you can't find anything else.

      Cons

      A lot of boring cold-calling work which won't be paid as it should be. You may get a good bonus, but there is no stability. Fix salary is super low. Management is looking for people who are ready to work for super small money and should be always agreed with everything. It's not an EU company at all. Don't waste your time.

      Hi there.. Thank you for a reply. It is a pity you never managed to get a good bonus. This is a Commission driven business. Bonuses reflect how well a person did his/her work. We understand you are frustrated, since you did not succeed where 90% of your colleagues thrive, but that's hardly a reason to complaint about your managers. Projection and blaming superiors in underperformance is of course your choice, but if we could have done more for you to succeed, we will be more than happy to hear your feedback more in detail. Regarding your comment about fix salary, you mention it is super low, it is a basic salary, which should be roughly 50% of your monthly earnings. If you choose commission based salary structure and do not do even a bare minimum to even achieve your KPIs, there is not much management can do for you. If you need tips how to improve yourself to be a better professional in this field we are always happy to assist.

      Don't be fooled

      Pros

      The Job is easy to get. They take almost everyone who wants to stay.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and work conditions. Unskilled and assertive management that tries to squeeze as much from people before they leave. Turn over is insane, people are hired every two weeks or so to replace those who left. Work process straight out of 20th century - computers are only permited for fixed amounts of time, no personal email or phone. Every thing is monitored all the time. No tablets or laptops allowed, everything is printed into a hard copy. No database or any kind of automation what so ever. And finally, the job is unnessesarily stressfull. KPI's and deadlines not based on data or actual figures, conflict prone environment and unpaid weekend work.
