Pros

No Pros at all, never.

Cons

Micro manangement, the owners doesn't have respect for anyone and will insult them very often, and all the tortures they can put just to make you realize you are their employee. The owners think they are God who gave you the job, so can treat you any way they want.

Pros

The food is good here

Cons

This company is a nightmare. There is lot of micromanagement at every level including cameras and microphone everywhere. The CEO does not trust the employees. They use cheap tricks to blackmail the employees and make them work more hours. Half day salary cut for 60 minutes late login. Even if the employee works on saturday and sunday ,they will ignore that fact and go ahead to cut loss of pay. They treat employees like slaves, they do not respect people. They give salary consistently late. The CEO has no technical knowledge and expects the employees to do magic with all latest technologies. Even if the employee dares to do it, he will still shout at them saying that someone else could have done it in a much much shorter time. This company traps people by their time policy. Once you get in here, it will be extremely hard to prepare for other interviews or switch jobs. There is nothing called "Corporate culture" here. The management and seniors behave as they like. They don't allow smart phones, they have blocked all the sites(sometimes those which are needed for the task). The company exists for more than 10 years and hasn't really grown much in business perspective due to the narrow minded thinking of the management. Suddenly they change all the systems to windows when Linux is being used and don't give the employees system back until it gets escalated. They call it some "Security Measure". They may be trying to escape the Microsoft audit. They do not consult the developers before scheduling a demo. The management tends to accept mammoth tasks from customers and put immense pressure on under-staffed developers to do it soon. They also care about the number of hours that is put in, rather than the quality of work. No wonder they have such high attrition rate! My say is "if you need respect, this is not the job for you".
