      Work illegally in USA with B1 Business visa

      Pros

      As the title suggests if you want to spoil your future join TaalTech. Bulk hiring after 6 months bulk firing. Can learn how to play politics. They have ability/technique to by pass US immigration or home land security. Simple! book ticket for fight & hotel for just 1 month. Once you clear the immigration TaalTech with extend the time to 5 months. You need to work with client for 5 months. If you are caught with immigration officers they will black list your entry to US & TaalTech will not take any responsibility. Importantly they will fire you ice you reach the office.

      Cons

      If you have B1 visa you need to be ready with your bags packed with groceries at all time. Because you may travel for 5 months to US with B1 Visa to work at any time. If you are not will to travel then you will be fired. TaalTech has been blacklisted by US embassy. They hire people just for couple of hours, if any client visited. Just to show they have the man power. Clients if you are reading this be careful! IMPORTANT NOTICE: Don’t believe the +ve reviews they all are paid or self written reviews.

      They Hire and Fire

      Pros

      If you work under good GMs or BDMs then you can learn well, I worked under a very good person who had wonderful vision and art of getting work done with ease. But unfortunately they fired him too, TAAL shouldn't had to take such decisions.

      Cons

      1. Micromanagement 2. Surprisingly afraid to invest on manpower with increase in revenue 3. Hire and Fire easily 4. Not proper cafeteria 5. Heard that TAAL has been blacklisted by US embassy 6. Doesn't have concrete business objectives 7. CEO doesn't have a proper vision 8. Many are surviving by buttering their superiors (SHAME)

      I worked with TAAL Technologies for 8 months . No Possitives

      Cons

      Well there are lot of Constraints Let me list down point by point 1. CEO does not have a vision mission . He is more fit to be a Office Administrator . 2. There is no proper leaders to lead the development team . You can only survive if you carry buckets behind them 3. It is more like a government school .. You will not feel a corporate environment inside . 4. No Projects !!! They hire people and fire them after few months . 5. They will attract you with Immediate Onsite travel . But you can only these countries in Maps 6. Never go to internal Projects . No process , No technology just a waste of time . If you want to commit suicide go to TAAL tech
