Pros

Meeting other contractors with potential job leads

Cons

They take advantage of their ICs. Constant fighting between management and contractors, since they do not uphold their end the contract. They also routinely curse and insult the drivers, calling contractors scumbags etc. As an IC, you have to look for your packages that are mixed in with other drivers which leads to chaos loading in the morning. There is also a huge turnover for contractors. You also have to give 30 DAYS written notice or they will keep 1 weeks pay.
