* Co-workers are so cool and fun to work with. * The management and co-workers are friendly. It is great to have the feeling of family. * You can flexibly adjust your working hours as you want.
Cons
* Doesn't have enough time to deal with both multiple Social Media platforms on a day-to-day basis tasks and videography, and sometimes photography, simultaneously.

Pros
Management supported me and I learned a lot. I became an effective member of the team quickly and enjoyed my job a lot. I had some great coworkers and loved having a fast-paces mostly autonomous role.
Cons
Because it's a smaller family company, there are no opportunities for advancement. The attitudes and gossip on the assembly floor were the biggest headaches.
