      At first glance all seems well at Systematix. Ethics, morals and leadership....

      Cons

      Then you see the real side of the business and its owner. The ethics and the morals preached are bang on however the delivery is severely lacking a pales in comparison to the message delivered by the president or owner. Also definitely not a female friendly work environment - if you thrive to sleep yourself to the top, this is the company for you.

      Great care for the employee's needs, the company treats you as a human first and then comes the worker part. You will feel valued and respected. Great integration environment for foreign workers, awesome work-personal life balance and interesting and relevant IT projects with important public and private sectors.
